Who We Are
Educate to Liberate Consulting (E2LC) is a learning-focused consulting group founded, led and operated by men of color scholar-practitioners who apply critical pedagogy, adaptive leadership, systems thinking and anti-racist practices to work with individuals, organizations and communities to engage, to educate and to liberate within the context of K-12 education, post-secondary institutions and the business/industry sector.
We developed and use the R.E.A.L. (Racial Equity Adaptive Leadership) Framework as an entry point to provide transformational professional learning, technical assistance and research & evaluation supports. We address the habits of mind and leadership moves critical to disrupt and dismantle inequitable systems, policies and practices to cultivate the conditions, culture and competencies for individuals, organizations and communities to thrive.
