The Racial Equity Adaptive Leadership (R.E.A.L.) Framework is both a simple and complex scholar-practitioner framework designed to cultivate a transformative courageous space to build the capacities of people, organizations and institutions to think, to engage and to act differently. This is accomplished by moving from an epistemological stance (ways of knowing) to an ontological stance (ways of being) through four core evolutionary processes.
